We’re looking for a Equipment Manager to help keep our trucks, trailers, and essential equipment in top condition so our landscape and hardscape teams can continue to thrive.
We’re dedicated to building exceptional outdoor spaces, and we need someone who can keep our fleet reliable, compliant, and ready for action. From overseeing routine maintenance to ensuring every vehicle meets safety standards, you’ll play a key role in keeping our projects progressing smoothly and efficiently.

Mow lawns using various types of equipment, including push mowers, riding mowers, and string trimmers.
Trim edges around sidewalks, driveways, and garden beds using line trimmers or edgers.
Remove grass clippings, debris, and trash from lawns after mowing.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including checking for issues, cleaning, and reporting any problems to the supervisor.
Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while interacting with clients.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while on the job.
Assist with other landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including planting, weeding, and general upkeep.
Work as a team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the client's satisfaction.

Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping (preferred but not required).
Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as equipment or bags of mulch, and work in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license (preferred for operating company vehicles).
