Rob Ambler, president
Our founder, Rob is a proud, lifelong Bucks County resident who has spent decades studying hardscaping artisanship and our area’s flora, seasonality, and soil composition. Rob is dedicated to sharing his perfected approach to outdoor living, from landscape and hardscape design to lawn care and maintenance. Every piece of knowledge he’s gleaned over this time he has passed along to his team members, many of whom have been with him for years.
Patti sands, Director of Finance
Patti joined Ambler Industries in the Fall of 2024, bringing over 10 years of experience in finance and administrative management. Passionate about optimizing processes and fostering collaboration across departments, Patti is dedicated to ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. She works closely with leadership to align financial strategies with long-term business objectives, supporting the company's continued growth and success. With her leadership and commitment to excellence, Patti plays a pivotal role in driving the financial vision at Ambler Industries.
Amy Houser, Director of Sales
Amy joined Ambler Industries in 2024, bringing over 20 years of customer service experience. With strong communication skills and a client-focused approach, she builds trust and lasting relationships. Her dedication ensures every interaction is handled with care and precision. Amy embodies Ambler Industries' values of integrity, foresight, teamwork, and excellence, enhancing both customer experiences and team collaboration. She’s proud to support the company’s mission of transforming lives one property at a time through quality service and care.
Austin Pfaff, director of Operations
Austin brings eight years of dedicated service to Ambler Industries. Starting his journey as a mowing foreman, Austin has steadily risen through the ranks, showcasing exceptional leadership skills and an unwavering commitment to excellence. In his current role as Head of Operations, Austin oversees the intricate workings of Ambler Industries' day-to-day activities. His experience and eye for detail allow him to streamline operations seamlessly, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Paul Rochelle, Landscape Designer
With over 20 years of experience in residential landscape design, Paul brings a deep passion for transforming outdoor spaces into environments that feel both beautiful and personal. He loves introducing carefully balanced textures, colors, and forms to create landscapes that are as functional as they are visually striking. Known for his creativity and unique approach to design, he strives to craft spaces that reflect each client’s style while enhancing the natural character of their home. Every project is an opportunity to blend artistry with nature — and to create outdoor spaces that truly inspire.
Jimmy Perkins, Construction manager
Jimmy Perkins has spent his whole life in Bucks County and over a decade working in sales and customer service across construction and retail. He brings a practical, down-to-earth approach to every project and takes pride in building strong, long-term relationships with clients. Whether it's a small business or a large commercial job, Jimmy focuses on making sure every detail is handled right. Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors or working on projects around the house.
Laurie Lapatina, Office Manager
Laurie came on board in Spring of 2024. She brings with her 20 years of office experience including exceptional organization skills and meticulous attention to detail. Her extensive background in managing office operations has honed her ability to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and support team productivity. Known for her reliability and commitment to any task assigned to her makes her a great asset.
collin mayo, production manager
With over 16 years in the industry and studying horticulture at Pennsylvania College of Technology, Collin specializes in proper maintenance practices that promote long-term aesthetic landscapes that cater to clients wants and needs. His experience includes turf and plant care, seasonal enhancements, and year-round site management, including extensive work in the snow and ice industry. his passion is using his horticultural knowledge, where he’s built a solid foundation in plant science, identification, and sustainable maintenance techniques, to improve quality through consistent upkeep and a deep undertanding of best practices in the landscape.
Lauren Mclean, Excellence Coordinator
Lauren is a Bucks County local with 15+ years in sales and account management. Enjoys outdoor adventures, family gatherings, and shooting pool. An artist at heart who loves to paint and draw in all mediums, she brings a creative mind to landscaping. She is also a classically trained violinist and passionate animal advocate who embraces positivity in every situation.
Callie MacNeill
Callie brings more than 8 years of sales and account management experience to her role as Commercial Account Manager. She strives to find “win-win” solutions that prioritize client satisfaction while balancing long-term growth and value. Callie is a tireless advocate for her clients, driven by her commitment to our values of excellence and innovation. New to the landscape industry, Callie is ready to hit the ground running with a fresh perspective! She is an animal lover, book worm, and proud Philly sports fan.
Omar Elbanna
Omar is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with an A.A.S. in Landscape/Plant Production Technology. His education focused on hands-on-training in landscape design, plant production, greenhouse operations, and sustainable site practices. Through immersive work in arboretum and production settings, he developed a strong understanding of how plant performance, soil systems, and design work together in the field. Omar brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to each project, with emphasis on long-term plant health and functional outdoor spaces that enhance the natural character of a property.
Tim Craig
Growing up on his family farm in Bucks County, Tim Craig developed a lifelong passion for the outdoors that continues to shape his work today. He studied horticulture at Middle Bucks Technical High School and later pursued landscape design and horticulture at Rutgers University. With more than 30 years of experience running his own company specializing in high-end hardscape and swimming pool installations, Tim is known for his creative vision and hands-on expertise. He blends craftsmanship with innovative design, staying at the forefront of industry trends.
