Job purpose

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations—supporting office efficiency, streamlining processes, and helping bring structure to a variety of administrative projects.

You’ll juggle multiple priorities with ease, from managing phone lines and providing day-to-day administrative support to assisting with important financial tasks. This includes handling accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and supporting collections across our network of clients and vendors.

If you’re someone who loves staying organized, solving problems, and making a real impact on team success, this role is a great fit.

    • Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on company vehicles, including trucks, mowers, snowplows, salt spreaders, and other equipment.

    • Assist mechanics in diagnosing and repairing equipment.

    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements.

    • Clean and organize the workspace.

    • Handle and transport parts, tools, and supplies as needed.

    • Inspect and test vehicle components under supervision.

    • Maintain records of repairs and parts used.

    • Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear.

    • Assist with assembling and disassembling mechanical components.

    • Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to be added onto the company insurance policy.

    • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

    • Basic knowledge of automotive or mechanical systems.

    • Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

    • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.

    • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
