Job purpose

We’re looking for an Account Manager who loves building relationships and driving results.

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for your clients—making sure they’re happy, supported, and set up for success. You’ll manage accounts, identify new opportunities, and help grow revenue by recommending services that truly meet your clients’ needs. In addition, you will sell to new clients.

- Mow lawns using various types of equipment, including push mowers, riding mowers, and string trimmers.
- Trim edges around sidewalks, driveways, and garden beds using line trimmers or edgers.
- Remove grass clippings, debris, and trash from lawns after mowing.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including checking for issues, cleaning, and reporting any problems to the supervisor.
- Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while interacting with clients.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while on the job.
- Assist with other landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including planting, weeding, and general upkeep.
- Work as a team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the client's satisfaction.
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping (preferred but not required).
- Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as equipment or bags of mulch, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred for operating company vehicles).
